This is the Membership Policy for Surrge.com (the "Site"), provided by Surrge, Inc. ("Surrge," "Company," "we," "our" or "us"). This Membership Policy is a part of the agreement ("Agreement") between you ("you," "User" or "Member") and us, which also includes the Terms of Service and Use, which can be read at www.surrge.com/legal/term.jsp. Company reserves the right, to change, modify or otherwise alter this Membership Policy at any time without notice to you and it is your responsibility to check the Membership Policy before using the Site. The following are descriptions of each "Member Type" on the Site.

1. MEMBER TYPE DESCRIPTION

OWNER: a User who is either: (1) an individual recording artist, (2) a group of recording artists, (3) a copyright owner, (4) a person who creates derivative works of other people’s audio recordings and/or audio-visual recordings ("Recording(s)"), or (5) a person who has the authority to act on behalf of an individual recording artist, a group of recording artists, a copyright owner, or the owner of a derivative work.
3. LISTENER: a User who refers audio recordings, audio-visual recordings ("Recording(s)?) and/or merchandise to others in your network of friends ("Trusted Referral Network").
4. VENUE: a User who owns a facility where live concerts are performed or a person or entity that promotes live concerts.
5. STUDIO: a User who owns a commercial recording studio and can provide its facilities to third parties.
6. MANAGER: a User who is the personal manager or other representative of a recording artist.
7. RADIO: a User who is either: (1) a terrestrial radio station, (2) a satellite radio station, (3) an Internet radio station.
8. ORGANIZATION: a User who is an organizational entity.
9. LABEL: a User that takes part in one or more of the following: production, manufacturing, distribution, promotion, enforcement of copyright protection of sound recordings and music videos, and A&R. Additionally this user may maintain contracts with recording artists and their managers.
